Our Story

Fresh Look Home Cleaning is an independent and family-owned cleaning company based in the Jacksonville metro area. Here, we care a lot about cleaning. We also care about establishing trust to the Jacksonville community we serve. That’s why we’re known as experts at providing industry-leading cleaning with unmatched customer service.
We built Fresh Look Home Cleaning as an answer to large, nationwide cleaning companies. After searching for a reliable and trustworthy house cleaner, we were disappointed to find that bigger companies don’t use repeat cleaners. Instead, week after week we were sent a different person, leaving us to worry about the safety of our children and the quality of the services.
This led us to the idea of a cleaning company that focuses on trust and familiarity. Why not build a company that guarantees trust, consistency and professionalism from the cleaner entering their home? And so,Fresh Look Home Cleaning was born.

Although my family moved around quite a bit when I was younger, the Black River Falls area is considered home to me. I have 3 children – Rory, Brynlee & Zaiydan. I have 2 dogs and 1 cat – Junie, Allie, and Carson. You can typically find Zaiydan, Junie, and Allie in the office with me! My favorite things to do are spending time with my family, friends, and pets. I love being outdoors in the warmer months, having fires, watching movies, and going out to dinner. I like DIY and restoration projects, anything crafty is right up my alley.
